The Kainuni promise
Every plumber, electrician, rider and nurse is onboarded by your local partner with identity documents and a live photo. Unverified people cannot be assigned.
One small confirmation fee to book. We never take a percentage of what you pay for the service itself, so prices stay fair.
A private handover code appears in your app. The order is only complete when you read it out, so nobody can mark unfinished work as done.
Ask for a refund and a real person reviews it and usually calls you first. Nothing is decided by an algorithm behind your back.

Straight answers about fees, safety and your data.
A small flat fee you pay online to hold a booking. It is the only thing you pay Kainuni. The price of the service or goods is shown before you confirm and paid to the provider when the job is done.
Enter your pincode at the top of this page. If your pincode has its own partner you are served by them. If it does not have one yet, the nearest partner may serve you, and you can ask us to open in your area.
Your local franchise partner collects identity documents and a live photo taken in the app for every worker. Our team checks them, and a worker cannot receive jobs until they are verified.
A 6-digit code shown in your app once a partner is assigned. Read it out only when the work or delivery is finished and you are satisfied. That is what completes the order.
Only the confirmation fee is paid online, so that is what can be refunded. Request it from the order in the app; a person reviews it and approved refunds are processed within 2 working days.
Read the refund policyIn the app, go to Account and tap Delete my account. You can also email us. Your personal details are erased; tax records are kept without your name as the law requires.
